Change management is a structured approach to improving the organisation’s people and systems. It takes the client from where they are now to where they want to be... and further.

This service is often required by organisations that have grown and need to improve their IT systems and business processes. These organisations often have multiple locations, whether it is state wide, Australia wide or globally.

Business Analysis

Business analysis involves identifying the needs of a business, then creating solutions to remove or reduce the issues. Solutions often include ITC improvements, but may also develop and enhance other areas of the business such as processes, policies and planning.

Most businesses that require my services need a business analysis completed first. It’s useful for all businesses as it assists in determining problems and begins the solution process. Not only do I produce a detailed report but I implement it too. This can be done in stages to suit all budgets.

Business Process Reform

Business process reform is also referred to as business process reengineering and is simply, understanding how tasks are completed within the organisation, then implementing improvements.

CIO Plus will analyse and redesign the workflow to improve inefficiencies across the organisation. This process often involves a high level of ITC knowledge and experience which I offer.

Businesses may use to service to lower expenses, improve time management and increase quantity and quality of the products or services they supply. This leads to the organisation being more competitive.

Project Recovery

Project recovery aims to protect investments of the project while understanding and learning from failures. To recover a failing project, a systematic approach is needed, otherwise we’ll end where the project started... in trouble.

When an organisation encounters an inexperienced and unprofessional project manager, the project may fall behind schedule, go over budget and communications may break down. It’s too late to regret hiring the cheapest consultant, simply contact me. I’ll asses how to salvage the project, create a realistic timeline and re-evaluate the budget.

This service is also used by businesses who have experienced a disaster such as a fire. I’ll work with construction businesses and your insurance agency to assist with your claim and get the business running better than before the incident as quickly as possible.

System Development and Implementation

System Development consists of improving the organisations ITC systems. This includes everything from phone systems, specialised tracking software and purpose built in house programs. CIO Plus is highly experienced in integrating software and working with 3^rd party providers to insure your systems are functioning as their designed to.

This service is applicable to any business who hasn’t reviewed their ITC systems in over 3 years. Or a business may have expanded and requires an integrated (strategic) approach to upgrading all ITC systems.

After Project Support

Often clients select a support plan once the project has come to an end. For a small monthly fee, a contract is designed to meet your individual needs. This may include a bi-monthly site visit, phone and email support.

Clients find this service comforting, as staff members such as their IT personal can contact CIO Plus if there is an issue or need advice. Often businesses choose this service for 1 to 3 years. We’ve even had one client for over 10 years, however this client require many large projects completed over the years.
