The CIO Plus process

1.  Naturally a meeting will take place and preferable in person, but also by phone or Skype when required. We’ll discuss what issues you are aware of, and discussed the expected outcomes. I’ll also find out if you have a timeline and budget in mind.

2.  I’ll prepare a brief quote and outline tasks I’ll perform to complete your project.*

3.  If you’ve decide to go ahead with us, a detailed contract will be written and agreed upon by all parties.

4.  Finally, CIO Plus will begin the process of implementing your personalised Project Plan.

*  Please note that step 2 is not always possible for large and detailed projects, as a feasibility study   may be required to reveal the true scope and possibility of your project.
