Health system projects can be complicated due the variation in business models throughout the industry. 4. Re-draft a new plan to achieve the tight deadline


5. Communicate with all parties from users to the board of directors to inform them of the process and to find out their concerns.


6. Hold information sessions for staff, and have key members educated in the software to further assist staff after the project has concluded. 


7. Upon completion, a report detailing ongoing required actions was presented to the steering committee.
